It’s no secret she’s one of my favorite bloggers, and when I saw this recipe I knew I had to make it.
Guess what? These are highly addictive. So, don’t allow yourself to be in a room alone with them. They would also be great as a substitute for actual s’mores… in fact, I think I like them better than actual s’mores… much less messy, much more tasty!!
Honestly, I think it’s the peanut butter that takes these //s’mores bars// to the next level. They would probably be just as delicious without, but don’t skip it. Worth every bite and calorie, my friends!
As a quick aside, I made these and split the pan in half – half stayed at home, the other half came to work with me to help me and two colleagues get through two days of virtual training classes. We totally needed these s’mores to avoid the snores. They worked like a charm! In fact, I might have to make more for our next round of training next week!
