One of my favorite restaurants in the area, Cantina Feliz, has this ridiculous brownie sundae on their dessert menu. I took my best stab at it here, and it should be pretty easy to throw together if you’ve got the right components!
Feliz Brownie Sundae
Ingredients
Brownies
Cinnamon or Cinnamon Churro ice cream (I recommend making your own, or, if you can get it, Yuengling makes a good one!)
Peanuts or Pepitas
Caramel corn
Chocolate syrup
Directions
Place a brownie of your desired size into a dessert bowl or plate. Warm in the microwave for 15-30 seconds.
Add 1-2 scoops of ice cream to the brownie. Top with caramel corn, peanuts, and chocolate syrup as desired. Enjoy!!
