I have to be honest, I wasn’t totally sure about this tip. I 100% chose it because I knew my husband would devour it (and devour it he did), because he is a pickle fiend. And I love pickles, especially Claussen pickles, but I was not sold on the idea of them being lost in a creamy dip.
But guess what?
This dip was the BOMB. I tried it after it had a chance to chill for a while and it was really good! My husband loved it too, I knew he would, and he was quite happy to have this as a snack at work. Don’t skip the fresh dill – fresh herbs bring so much flavor to dishes, and dill is no exception. Dill is especially strong, but you definitely want fresh dill in this dip!
